JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide design, installation and support of complex hardware and software
solutions and/or modify/maintain complex existing applications with storage
solutions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.  Provide consultation on industry wide technologies, including storage and
network hardware, Client/server applications, network operating systems and
enterprise management applications.
2.  Provide technical support on high-end products (Server / Storage / Advanced
Software) to the customer.
3.  Improve business solutions for storage products.
4.  Build a world class team to work with the world wide development labs and
deliver new functionalities for storage products.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1.  Bachelor degree or above degree in  computer science / electronics /
information related technical fields.
2.  10 years or above working experience on transferring or supporting storage
products.
3.  Familiar with EMC/HDS/HP storage products, general software like Database
knowledge, and rich project experience. Previous storage development or
related software development experience is a must (5 years or more).
4.  Technically competent in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems integration and test,
and Software development.
5.  Have good customer communication skills and customer sense.
6.  Experience as a Director level at a global company is required.
7.  Fluent in Mandarin and English both in writing and speaking.

3年左右c++方面的开发经验，开发的软件偏向于图形图像。这个职位需要口语流利，因为需要经常到美国或加拿大出差，保持同客户的沟通。

Software Tech-Lead
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

1.  Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other related
major.
2.  Minimum of 1 years of commercial software development experience using
C++.
3.  Excellent English communication skills. [Minimum of CET-6 or equivalent]
4. Capable of leading a team of developers. Leadership experience is not
required but, is desirable.
5.  Willing to travel to US and Canada.
6.  Excellent at architecture design and/or subsystem design. Very familiar with
Design Patterns.
7.  Cross-platform programming experience is not required but, is desirable.
8.  Graphics and mathematics backgrounds are not required but, are desirable.
9.  CAD System programming experience is not required but, is desirable.
