更换SSA卡电池后，如何启用CACHE卡的快速读写功能？

1、更换好电池后运行smit ssafastw并按要求确认，当运行最后一步后出现如下错误：

                 specified device is busy.

2、运行如下命令：
VGvaryoffvg vgdata
export vgdata
rmdev -dl hdisk3
cfgmgr -v
3、再运行smit ssafastw，这些执行成功，但把VG重新启用后，CACHE的快速读写又被自动关闭了，请问如何处理？什么原因导致自动关闭？谢谢各位大侠。
