• with Programmer's profile but who can also double in a solid QA role.
• Technical Skills (Ideally 1-3 years of technical experience in IT)
• Java Programming in a full time project role (JCP preferable)
• J2EE project experience with coding and deployment on one major middleware
• Internet Programming familiarity (Javascript, Applet, HTML)
• XML, XSD experience
• Visual Basic 6 / Visual Basic .NET
• Database (preferably Oracle)- RDBMS foundations, SQL / ODBC Programming
• Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Basic DBA
• Process (RUP or similar structured development methodology)
• VSS or similar source control tool
• Plus good communication skills / technical writing.
• Fluency in English
