求救!!ora-16014、ora-00312、ora-00354、ora-00353、ora-16038

今天检查部门对外业务的数据库，发现在日志里报错，但是不影响对外业务。数据库是ora9201，系统是windows 2000 ADV。两台机器加exp400，做的是2000的集群加oracle failsafe。数据库开启了自动归档，每天用rman备份。alert日志如下：

是redo03.log损坏还是整个redo全部损坏，该如何解决？

现在是不停的报上面的错误。查了下资料，说是有可能为_disable_logging＝true隐含参数的问题，但是我的init.ora里面没这个参数。是不是也可以用“alter database clear unarchived logfile 'g:\oradata\icard\redo03.log'”这样的语句修复？

可以使用这个命令alter database clear unarchived .. 做好以后，最好做个全备。
每组日志就一个member？
