SQLRPGLE程序的权限问题

头一次写SQLRPGLE程序，用自己的开发帐户运行一切正常，可是把它挂到系统中给用户使用时就出不来数据了，具体哪里需要设置权限还请各位大虾指点迷津，万分感谢！

出错JOB LOG如下：

Not authorized to object CIMLIBA in QSYS type *FILE.
Prepared statement S1 not found.                    
Cursor C1 not open.                                 
Cursor C1 not open.

这里原来是*none,改了就OK.
