informix报25580错误

昨天开始，应用程序连informix数据库非常慢，查看log发现全部是下面信息：

用dbaccess访问数据库非常慢，请教各位大虾，是什么原因导致的，有解决办法吗？谢谢！
数据库为9.4 ，windows2000环境下。
