用源码包安装好了SAMBA，不知道怎么启动

我是一位初学者，用源码包安装好了samba，目录是/usr/local/samba/
不用使用service smb start 来启动服务，因为我是源码安装，这个怎么启动呢，如果我想用service启动的话，应该怎么办？是不是要rpm包安装
