After you re-partitioned your disk as above , did you re-create your flash archive or you still used the first flash archive to install the system? From the error message, it is clear that you system can't find the / partition. It must be related to your partition setting.
But I should use the first flash to make the system with different partition??
Could you kindly tell me why ,that I can't use the first flash file to the new system ?
Are you sure you used c1t0d0s0 as your / partition at the second install? The way flash archive works is that you must have exactly the same layout as your master machine (the first machine). If your first machine's / is c1t0d0s0 but you choose to use c0t0d0s0 as the / partition for your second machine, the flash archive will not work.
