关于代理的问题！

我从网上找到一个HTTP代理服务器，发现域名不能解析，但是本机指向的dns服务器是可以解析出IP地址的。
（如果使用真实IP地址，在浏览器中用IP代替域名是可以访问的，说明这个代理服务器是可用的。但为什么用域名访问的时候不能。）
返回的错误如下：
用域名访问www.minix3.org，错误如下：

但是我用dns解析该域名，得到ip地址后，用IP访问就行，奇怪了。请高手指点。
