NetBSD下做网关带宽控制用什么软件好？

我做的很多开发是基于NETBSD的PKGSRC及其MK系统的，所以所有FB的系统对我没用。

mono只是一个简单的内核加上一些常用的bin，和minihttp 和php，

没有其他的了，，

没有办法作编程环境。。。（除了php的cgi模式）

和其他的应用
