我想用bcp向数据库中拷贝数据，用了以下语句，请各位帮忙看一下，问题出在哪？

bcp IPQOS_db.ipqos.cm:070412 in /opt/sybase-12.5/cm/SYBASE-ZCTT-IPQOS_db-3332-tb_test070412-upsvr-21938-26658.bcp -c -U ipqos -P zcttipqos -S ZCTT

以下是Server提示的问题，也请一并帮忙分析一下：
