无论用谁家得算法实现，使用复杂得算法必须下载unlimited policy file. 看reference guide, 用户可以自己定义policy file, 然后打包至自己jar文件中就可以了。是不是就不用下载Sun提供得那两个jar包了? 没有明白什么意思，高手赐教！
