使用db2 list tablespaces 观察表空间的状态为normal， 但是无法对其中的表进行操作，报错信息如下： SQL0290N Table space access is not allowed. SQLSTATE=55039 另外，在此之前，表空间的状态为quiesce，曾经使用db2 list tables show detail找到了相关的表， 并且使用用 db2 quiesce tablespaces for table 表名 reset 去除quiesce状态。现在状态已经normal了，但还是不可用！ 请支招。
