ftp可以连接上服务器,但get命令不能download file, 提示 permission denied,以前都没有问题的 请高手指点一下,问题出在哪里,请问如何解决

Some kinds of file (e.g. doc) download from unix (server) to windows (client). Sometimes, they cannot be completely transfered and hang. But the file is checked o.k. What happens??? And how to solve it?
