无法收集explorer解决办法

explorer –v
输出到如下位置hang住：
Mar 13 fcal: cmd: exit status: 0
Mar 13 fcal: cmd: luxadm display 508002000065dbe0
Mar 13 fcal: cmd: exit status: 0
Mar 13 firelink: RUNNING
Mar 13 firelink: exited: Sun Firelink Interconnect not installed
Mar 13 fma: RUNNING
Mar 13 fma: cmd: fmadm config
此时发现执行fmadm config 会在module行住
一般正常情况下
# fmadm config

解决办法：
1.(In the leisure time of the server)You need to restart the service when then server is not busy,the operation will not affect the running business application system
You could restart the fmdadm service by the following way:
svcadm restart svc:/system/fmd:default
After do that
Administor：
fmadm config
重启fmadm进程，看问题是否可以解决。
2. You may need to restart the server,get the permission from the customer firstlly.
After do that
Administor：
fmadm config
重启主机，看问题是否可以解决。
3.升级FMADM 补丁
4.提前拷贝fmdump 等fma文件，删除后收集
5.如果碰见硬盘坏 一般没什么好办法。会hang在错误的硬盘处
