debian 下面的图形下的synaptic 和在命令行下的apt 安装软件有区别么？
我在安装rcconf的时候发现用 apt-get install rcconf 安装不了

提示：
debian:~# apt-get install rcconf
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
debian:~# apt-get install rcconf
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)

但是我在synaptic里面选择就能安装上…………

因为图形下的synaptic正在运行中，与apt-get处于一种互斥的状态。
