千兆网络，内部服务器传输速度只有10M/S，正常吗？

内部2台IBM机器，交换机是千兆的3750，服务器也是千兆网卡，但是我在内部2台机器相互ftp时，速度只有10M/S左右，这个速度正常吗？感觉小了很多啊

ftp做了速度限制吗?

我试过,用迅雷下载内网的文件,千M最快的传输速度是93M多

查看服务器自适应的速率是多少，双工模式匹配情况，10M/s慢了点啊，不正常。

不像的。很多5类电缆跑千兆的例子，很少是这个原因的。如果真是电缆问题网络是不稳定，而不仅仅是速率低。

感谢大家的讨论，实际情况是我两台交换机都是CISCO_3750_48GS,两台3750做了Port-channel，每台服务器都是双网卡主备工作，网线分别各接在一台3750上，相当于就是纯的局域网，网段一致，下面是3750的sh int信息（只贴了前面3个口子的信息）：
