Job Description:
*Deliver High Quality Solutions to Customers Quickly, Courteously and Cost-effectively
*Provide high level Technical Support to Enterprise customers through technical expertise.
*Provide technical support to Channels/Partners/Resellers, internal sales and sales engineers.
*Working closely with Higher level Technical Support team and Service Engineering Group(R&D) in identifying and resolving the problem
*Provide technical Training, write technical solution documents
*Product Testing/Beta Testing
*Email and phone support, willing to be assigned to field service occasionally
Requirements:
*BS graduate of an IT related course (preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering).
*1+ years' working experience with software or network operations, helpdesk, troubleshooting.
*Good command of English, must have the CET-4(having CET-6 will be an advantage).
*Familiar with General operating system and Network Technologies
*Must have one of the following IT industry certificates
*MCSE/CCNA/RHCE/SCSA/CISSP/LPIC/CLP/CIW/CCSA/CompTIA/NCLP/TCSE/TCAE
*Fast Learning, Strong multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities.
*Willing to team working, Self-motivating with open mind; Ability to manage time effectively.
*Willing to travel
