在上海交大考完solaris认证，等了三个月证书还没寄来，怎么办啊？

求助，在上海交大考完solaris认证，等了三个月证书还没寄来，去考试中心求助，工作人员说他们也没办法，太不负责了！！！怎么办啊？

打电话到sun的北京考试中心去问问,我上次考FE的等了好长时间都没有收到.后来我电话去问的,说我地址不名没有给我寄.然后一个星期就到了!

你考的什么认证?应该没寄对,会在打回去.要不就是有人给你接收了.仔细问问吧.

地址不明是什么意思？？？后来呢？？？你用中文地址收到的吗？？？

同学, 你的考试报告一定要保留好的. 这个好重要的, 只要这个在的话,就有办法. 而且是SUN让你收到为止.

还是要靠自己的!  自己动手更新自己的地址, 你有的考试报告的话, 把你的考试号 ID 及的你情况直接发给SUN第三方考试中心查寻的.  或者你自己用你的 考试ID 登入到考试的网站http://i7lp.integral7.com/sun, ( 第一次登入时, 点击: login 下的 first time users ; 要先 Create Web Login ). 把自己英文的地址核对一遍重新改一改. 我也是碰到你的情况, 两天就回了我的邮件,下面贴上他们的内容, 他们说的好清楚, 你可以参考:

Dear XXX,
Thank you for this information.



We have requested your certification kit for Sun Certified Field Engineer  to be mailed to your updated address.  Please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivery if you reside in the USA or Canada.  International candidates should allow 4 weeks.



If you don't receive it within this timeframe please login to your files at the Cert Tracker database and verify/update the mailing address we have on file for you, then send us an email to: suncert@Thomson.com to request your kit to be re-sent, noting you have verified or updated your address.



You can track your fulfillment progress by logging in to your files at the i-7 Cert Tracker database http://i7lp.integral7.com/sun and clicking on "history" at the left-hand side of the page.  From the history page change the "view" to "fulfillment".



If you need to prove your certification status before you receive your certificate you can publish your certification status to individuals whom you choose by logging into your files at the i-7 Cert Tracker database http://i7lp.integral7.com/sun and clicking on "publish certification", then follow the next steps:

1. Select the Program that you would like to publish.
2. Enter the email address for the recipient of the report.
3. Enter a message to include in the email.
4. Click Preview Report to preview the report.
5. Click Publish Report to publish the report.

This is sufficient and official proof of your certification status until your formal certificate is received.

还是有的补的, 在没有收到的情况下.直到你收到为止的.
