arcserver不能在线备份domino数据库

在使用arcserver在线备份domino数据库时，arcserver显示下列错误信息：
         无法打开domino数据库或目录。this database is currently being used someone else.in order to share a notes database,all user must use a domino server instead of file server.

        arcserver版本为r11，安装了domino备份代理。
        这个错误怎么解决呢
