紧急求助：solaris安装gettext-0.16.1出错

solaris安装gettext-0.16.1出错，貌似是字符编码问题，用   iconv   -f   GB2312   -t   UTF-8   gettext-0.16.1.tar   >   gettext-0.16.12.tar     进行编码转换，没有完全成功，也出错了，应该怎么解决呢？
