Participate in the design, development and testing of software solutions based on client requirements
Works independently as member of project team or may also lead a number of software development professionals
Participates in client communications to understand client’s business requirement and apply experience
Follow GDCC’s CMMI level 5 software development processes, and participate in the process improvement activities.
Ensure excellent customer service
? More than 4-6 years of software developing experience with at least 2 years focusing on Tibco technology
? Strong experience in Tibco RV, AD R3, ADB
? At least implement a large-scale EAI project with Tibco Business work
? Familiar with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns. Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools to model
? Knowledgeable in software development life cycle and quality processes
? Experience in High-Tech ( Semi-Conductor…etc) industry is a plus.
Strong requirement analysis skill. Familiar with common requirement gathering methods
Strong software design capability, familiar with OOA & OOP, UML.
Strong capability on Tibco technology
Strong development capability on Tibco RV, AD R3, ADB
Strong skill on Tibco BusinessWorks
English communication capability, speaking and written.
