Participate as a member of project team, responsible management and operation of servers
• Build, maintain and upgrade of Unix/ Linux systems.
• Requires ability to perform on-call duty on a rotational basis.
• Assess systems utilization to assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Create scripts
• Act as a project member on various projects
Must haves:
1. Operating systems experience – SysAdmin level work on Unix/Linux - 3 years minimum
2. Scripting experience – Proficient in – Bash, Ksh, sh or other equivalent - 5 years minimum
3. Experience – Must have practical experience operating in large scale environments
Nice To haves:
1. Perl Coding experience
2. Tivoli experience
3. Java Coding experience
4. Oracle experience
5. MySQL experience
6. VCS cluster management
