Position: Integration Technical Leader（这个职位暂时holding，公司做内部调整，请大家更多关注后一个职位，谢谢）
Report to: IS Director
Responsibilities:
This position provides both functional and technical direction in the application and development of IT based software solutions used to implement cross-system business processes to meet the needs of company in Manage Information work process area.
The Manage Information Work Process includes the work efforts to plan, provide, and operate the systems needed by the company to manage the information required to enable company’s business strategies and work processes.
·Co-lead a team of (including remote) people, coach and mentor both technically and from a process and client communication perspective.
·Stay abreast of new technologies, market offerings, company standards and direction, employing that knowledge into delivery.
·Serve as the bridge between functional understanding/business and High Performance Team (HPT), providing deep functional and technical application expertise.
·Respond to new service/support requests and provide complexity analysis and time estimates to establish new service Level Agreements for those services.
·Define and manage requirements for development projects, employing 6 Sigma techniques and leveraging technical leadership.
·Provide application support leadership, including assisting team lead and technical leadership in estimating and prioritizing support and enhancement requests across work processes.
·Provide leadership throughout project life cycle with a focus on adherence to defined repeatable processes.
·Provide direction to the team on technical issue identification and escalation and problem diagnostics and correction.
·Act as main focal point for Project Managers.
·Participate in global On-Call Rotation.
Requirements:
·University degree with a major in Computer Science, Manage Information System, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
·6 Sigma certification desired. Will be expected to work towards this certification if not currently possessed,
·Work/project experience in the following technologies is preferred.
·MySAP ERP, SAP Process Integration (PI) component of NetWeaver, NetWeaver Development Tools, Enterprise Portal, ABAP/JAVA programming, XML, Windows Platform Technology.
Critical Success Factors:
·Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project and support work processes as well as Project Development Methodology.
·Demonstrated experience working on simultaneous projects across multiple technologies, multiple locations and with a variety of stakeholder groups.
·Ability to partner with internal customers and sell ideas to those customers is important in this role.
·Worked with diverse team members in different geographical locations. Implies good English communication skills, both oral and written.
·Demonstrated history of partnering with customers.
·Accomplished tasks through others without having direct administrative responsibility.
·Ability to learn the company Manage Information (MI) work process, sub processes and applications.
·Contribute towards continuous improvement of MI work processes.
·Ability to successfully integrate China development resources, where possible, without compromising to existing service levels and customer satisfaction rate.
·Meet or exceed Service Level Agreement in place.
·Communicate status, metrics, risks and issues on a timely basis.
·Manage project scope and requirements.
·Design and implement cost effective solutions

Position: Web Application Technical Leader
Report to: IS Director
Responsibilities:
This position is an IS service that provides consulting and support services to partners who are doing end-user development. The End User Development (EUD) applications are applications that can be effectively developed with the users as the primary resource.
·Co-lead a team of people, coach and mentor both technically and from a process and client communication perspective.
·Understand EUD scope/criteria.
·Provide consultancy to end-users, matching their business need with I/T use fit/approach and alternatively route them to the appropriate I/S contacts for further project arrangement.
·Perform EUD account representative role for a business portfolio or function, building sustainable relationships by working closely together with EUD stage gates and business partners to make sure EUD is working on the right priorities and most value-added projects.
·Scope/estimate EUD projects with the ability to manage own work and others in multiple projects.
·Improve EUD service model (marketing plan, project methodology, etc.)
·Stay abreast of new technology and company standards and direction.
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree with emphasis in Computer science.
·Min. 5-8 years experience in application development.
·Candidate should be comfortable with Microsoft products, in particular: Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel); Microsoft Exchange (Exchange development is a plus); Microsoft FrontPage (InterDev is a plus); Microsoft Windows 98, NT; Knowledge of HTML is required (ASP is a plus); Microsoft Visual Basic (or scripting); a working knowledge of relational database concepts and the ability to write SQL is required.
·Candidates should possess the following professional qualities: ability to manage own work and others in multiple projects with no supervision; ability to operate with little structure or details; demonstrated an understanding of the application of methodology and processes to ensure a quality delivery; fast learner; good problem solving skills; strong communication skills interacting with all levels in the IS and partner organizations; thorough, high attention to details; customer service oriented; fluent in spoken and written English.
Critical Success Factors:
·Successful integrate China development resources without compromising to existing service levels and customer satisfaction rate.
·Improve EUD and partner end user developer’s productivity by promoting and environment in which knowledge and solutions get shared and leveraged.
·Ensure all EUD projects are executed within our EUD service goals and meet the EUD criteria list.
