RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities are:
·
In the area of Training:
o
Design and development training curriculum to support field requirements
o
Translate English training materials to Chinese
o
Deliver training programs through “classroom” settings and long distance learning
o
Conduct “new hire trainings” and scheduled “re-fresher trainings” to maintain process and system integrity and accuracy
o
Follow up with trainees and management to ensure that training was successful
o
Distribute, review, and action training needs analysis reports

In the area of System Support:
o
Assist in the resolution of problematic transactional activities
o
Answer questions from the field regarding system usage
o
Assist in the testing and evaluation of new screens and system changes

o
Develop productivity tools to assist the field, such as hints, tip sheets, short-cuts, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
·
MUST HAVE:

• Qualification in Business Administration or Science
  • Degree with 2 years experience or Diploma with 4 years experience
• Working experience, preferably in Distribution or Retailing business
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Sound knowledge Microsoft applications
• Experience in curriculum development and delivering training classes
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed

A PLUS (+):

• Good knowledge of AS400

• Willingness to work on occasional weekends
• Public speaking experience
• Experience in business process analysis
• Team player
