求救:nbu6.0+netapp 2020 ndmp备份不成功

SUN SL500带库通过cisco9140光纤交换机与netapp连接，master server与mediaserver同为sun v245,245在装完nbu后用administration console配完可以用/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/set_ndmp_attr  -list  看到netapp 2020已配好：

Details:
Mount a blank tape in a tape drive using robtest.  

Sign onto the Network Appliance box and run this command:

dump 0uf nrst0a /<file system>.    (Substitute the proper device path if it is not nrst0a as in this example).

This command will write data from the specified file system on the Network Appliance server directly to tape.  If this dump does not complete successfully the problem is most likely a NetWork Appliance problem and a call should be opened with Network Appliance technical support.  If the dump does complete successfully, open a call with NetBackup support.
