＊Business Analyst（ＢＡ）：Requirements:
1, Graduated from formal University, ex. 211 universities.
2, Can communicate with English, sound communication skill.
3, Good requirement understanding skill;
4, Technique background is highly preferred;
5, 2 years above BA/consultant experience;
6, 2 years above Testing experience is high preferred;
7, Able to work under pressure.
8, Individual with Responsibility.
＊ ＢＡ Developer：Responsibilities
-->Data model Analysis and Design
-->SQL Development and Testing
-->Database performance tuning and testing

Requirements
-->Computer Science or related degree.
-->Demonstrated problem solving, resolution and performance monitoring skills.
-->Excellent English skills in writing & reading.
-->Minimum 2 years working experience as a DBA in Sybase, or SQL Server.
-->Excellent knowledge in SQL is required.
-->Working experience on application DBA tasks.
-->Production support experience is a plus.

＊ＤＢＡ:Main Responsibilities
-->Data model Analysis and Design
-->SQL Development and Testing
