I had this error with AIX53 and HACMP5.3. IBM support told
me, yeah, every customer with the latest HACMP patches get bitten by that at the moment, and I had to install that efix:

It's just a tiny script that gets fixed, no reboot
necessary.
You should just call
IBM and request the fix for the broken disk heartbeat matching your OS / HACMP combination.
