LSM环境下的备份问题

用vdump可以备份/ 和 /usr ；但lsm的 h 分区如何处理？ 我考虑用dd 来 备份/dev/rrz0h， 是否要有更好的方法？

看来可以volsave /volrestore ;
不过还是有疑问：
如果我把h分区的大小改变了，是否也能实现， rootdg里面没有建vol。

既然rootdg里没有vol,那么备份h分区又有什么意义呢？

好象LSM一定需要rootdg，数据库文件建在其他的disk group上。
我是设想在一个空盘(可能大小与原来不一致）上恢复出/ 和 /usr 系统后如何识别到原来定义的disk group 和vol？     
另外btcreate是否支持LSM的恢复？

1) 如果你的目的是backup一个可以启动的系统，backup /usr and /
is enough, you can disable the lsm information in your backup set

2) If your purpose is to backup the data on the volume, you can backup the fileset build on the volume or backup the data via related tools.

3) If your purpose is to backup your lsm configuration, volsave and volrestore can do it

rootdg is the root group of the lsm, it is necessary, it records the rootdg's configration and other volume dg's breif configration in its prive region, every lsm dg has a private region that contains its own lsm configuration, so you can restore your data even you don't have the original rootdg configuration: enable the disk -->; import dg -->; enable the plex and volume.
