Description
A Solaris Fault Manager component has experienced an error that required the module to be disabled.

Use fmdump -v -u  to locate the module. Use fmadm reset  to reset the module.
Details
The Solaris Fault Manager loads multiple components, referred to as modules, which perform fault diagnosis and automated response actions. The Message ID:   FMD-8000-2K indicates that one of these modules has encountered an irrecoverable error. Since the module cannot continue its work, the Solaris Fault Manager has unloaded and disabled the module. This can indicate a defect in the module or the Solaris Fault Manager. The recommended action for the system administrator is to attempt a reset and restart of the module with fmadm as described above. The administrator should also ensure the latest patches are installed on the system. If the module failure persists, contact Sun support so a Sun service technician can investigate the problem.
