ORA-25315: unsupported configuration for propagation of buffered messages
查找metalink
将propagation的queuetoqueue改为true即可
于是改为true
此时出现错误，提示tns错误，但是用dblink确实能够联通

Cause
This is due to an unpublished Bug 5640593
Solution
Apply the fix for the bug.
The bug is fixed in 11G.
Backport is feasible and is available on top of 10.2
