sybase 12.5 备份出错问题

各位大哥：
      公司的sybase 12.5 备份最近老是处问题，以下是出问题时候的日志。
      请帮忙看看。设置每天7：10备份利用计划任务。7：10分-9点 操作系统和数据库都没有其他的任务了！
      有没有可能是数据库缓冲区太小？？应该怎么处理
      小弟万分感激！

数据量太大的时候，好像要关闭写日志的什么咚咚，我们老大做过，但我没有做过。

这个数据库去年10月搭建起来的，备份出这个的问题是最近1-2个月特别频繁。

对了，还有一个比较奇怪的现象。就是7：10他自己备份时候会出错。然后早上9点我们手工在执行计划任务。备份就没有问题。
但是我们把计划任务改到早上9：00还是会出错。郁闷！！

我也遇到类似的问题，不能备份，也不能恢复

在sh中加上. .profile试试。
这症状看上去很像是那样的情况。
