1. Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. 3+ years embedded software development using Java
3. 1+ years experience in web programming and Java script
4. In-depth knowledge on Object Oriented design methodology
5. Hands on experience in multi-thread programming
6. 1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
7. Prior experience in video conference related product development is a plus
二、Audio C/C++
Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
1. 3+ years embedded software development with C/C++
2. In-depth knowledge on audio codecs and room processing
3. In-depth knowledge on DSP and optimizations.
4. 1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
三、SIP/H.323 C/C++
Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
1. 3+ years embedded software development with C/C++, in network related fields
2. In-depth knowledge on network communication protocols, including but not limited to h.323, SIP, TCP/IP, etc.
3. Knowledge on h.320 is a big plus
4. 1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
四、System Software Engineer
Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
1. 3+ years embedded software development with C/C++
2. In-depth knowledge on Linux kernel, real time operating system, DSP, and inter-processor communications.
3. 1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
