1.Title:         Signal Integrity Engineer
  Location: SH
Description
•In this position, you will be performing signal integrity, power delivery, and timing simulation and analyses for server  boards and related system boards design.
•You will also be responsible for maintaining simulation decks, generating design rules, reviewing the design, performing or directing the collection of measurements, and correlating these measurements with simulation results.

Qualifications
You should possess a Master's degree in Electronics, Electromagnetic, and/or communication with at least two years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. with relevant experience. Additional qualifications include:
•An advanced understanding of signal integrity fundamentals: transmission line, power and/or ground plane, crosstalk, IO buffer modeling, timing, signal processing, and others
•A team player with good oral and written communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional team
•Experience with the time domain and frequency domain methodologies and the tools
•Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and TDR
•Working experience with high speed signal measurement would be an added advantage
•Strong analog background and SPICE* experience with good software programming skills would be an added advantage

2. Title:        Mechanical Engineer
   Location: SH
Description
•Mechanical Engineers research, design, and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical devices or systems.
•Responsibilities include development of system concepts, conducting design previews, performing system acceptance, and resolving design and implementation issues.
•Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience. Additional qualifications include:
•Demonstrated ability to lead mechanical design programs
•Ability to multitask, lead and manage the work of Outsourced Design teams
•Strong program management and process skills
•Detail Oriented
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to communicate in English fluently
•Familiarity with sheet metal and plastic tooling process
•ro E design experience
•Familiarity with DFX*

3. Title:        Platform Program Manager
   Location:SH
Description
•lans/manages technical programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.
•rovides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
•Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
•Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
•Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Qualifications
You should possess three to five years of program management or equivalent work experience. Additional qualifications include:
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate team members, ability to multitask, and be able to operate well in a fast paced dynamic environment
•Strong working knowledge of the tools and applications
•Willingness to work some flexible hours
•A basic technical understanding of server products would be an added advantage
