1. Senior Flex Developer

Responsibilities: ■   Responsible for the development of the key Flex portions of the Idapted Technology Platform.
■   Work with engineers to integrate Flex applications into a Ruby on Rails backend.

Requirements:■  Ability to learn quickly and build products rapidly.
■  Real experience developing web applications.
■  Thorough knowledge with web standards, such as XML, JavaScript, HTTP.
■   Strong data structure and OO-design skills.
■  Ability to be self-directed and contribute meaningfully to a team with minimal management oversight.
■   Bonus: experience with user experience and usability methodologies
■  Bonus: Experience building Ruby on Rails / Ruby applications


2. Senior HTML/CSS Designer/Engineer

Responsibilities: ■    Responsible for HTML/CSS coding and design in key portions of the Idapted Technology Platform
■    Create and improve HTML/CSS based interfaces and websites.
■    Work with engineers to integrate interface into a Ruby on Rails backend.  Work with sales/marketing to improve metrics on websites.
■    Improve and maintain cross-browser compatibility

Requirements: ■   Strong English Language Skills.
■   Strong HTML/ DOM/CSS coding skills.
■   Strong cross-browser CSS knowledge
■    Real experience building graphical user interfaces and web applications
■    Strong Photoshop/Illustrator
■    Strong visual design skills
■    Ability to be self-directed and contribute meaningfully to a team with minimal management oversight.
■      Online portfolio and/or links to website created is required.

3. Lead QA Manager/Engineer

Responsibilities:

■    Responsible for QA, bug tracking, etc. of Idapted technology platform
■    Perform QA on the Idapted Platform.  Develop QA methodologies and systems.
■    Track bugs and issues to completion.
■    Work with different departments of company to resolve and track issues they are experiencing.
■    Evangelize testing and stability in company

Requirements: ■   Strong English Language Skills.
■   Real experience with QA on web based systems.
■   Strong understanding of QA processes and best practices.
■   Believes in DRY.
■   Detail orientated.
■   Programming ability in scripting languages.

4. Web Software Engineer (All levels)

Responsibilities

■   Design and architect new features as part of our Ruby on Rails.
■   Help maintain and design a high-scalable, international and interactive web site.
■   Work with product management and fellow engineers in a close-knit team.
■   Contribute product, service, and business-improvement ideas and energy

Requirements

■    Strong English Language Skills.
■    Ability to learn quickly and build products rapidly.
■    Real experience developing web applications.
■   Thorough knowledge with web standards, such as XHTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP.
■   Strong data structure and OO-design skills.
■   Ability to be self-directed and contribute meaningfully to a team with minimal management oversight.
■   Experience with Source Code control and project management (including Subversion, Trac, etc.).
■   Experience and understanding of *nix environments.
■   Helpful experience includes: Ruby/Ruby on Rails

5. Senior VoIP Systems Engineer

Requirements:

■        In depth experience with VoIP technologies.
■        Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following:
        o SIP
        o FreeSWITCH or Asterisk
        o RTP
■        Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following:
               Can define and explain the significance of: UDP/TCP, Jitter, PLC, ulaw/g729, daemon/process, etc.
■        Real experience coding in C/C++
■        Experience with Linux
■        Experience using scripting languages such as Ruby/Python/PHP/Lua
■         Strong English Skills

Bonuses:■        Experience building international VoIP systems
■        Experience building Ruby on Rails/Ruby
■        Experience with Call Center applications
