Web Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Technical Director, and be responsible for
developing solutions to support the business and ensuring that
strategies, controls and procedures are adhered
- Lead a team of web develops and manage day-to-day running of the
operations
- Perform design, architecture, deployment and routine administration,
- provide technical expertise in the development and enhancement
of data processing systems.
- Act as lead reviewer during design or code reviews for various
application projects

Requirements:

- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 years Web development experience in a sizeable
IT organization and minimum 2 years at managerial level
- In-depth knowledge in web-based and client server DB application,
- Expert in C/C++, PHP, Perl, MySQL, Oracle and Linux
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible, proactive and result oriented.
- At least a Bachelors (Undergraduate) Degree
- Must have strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Must have strong initiative and follow-through
- Must be a quick learner and is eager to learn
- Must demonstrate Personal leadership (take on personal responsibility
and ownership to get things done)
- Solid English reading and writing skills



Web Developer/Senior Web Developer

Responsibilities:
- Perform software development duties assigned by Web Manager/
Technical Lead
- Web Based Application Development
- Participate in requirement analysis, conceptive design, formulation of
architecture, implementation, system integration, testing, documentation
and deployment of software system

Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years development experience
- Strong C/C++ skills.
- Strong software engineering skills.
- Experience in HTML/DHTML/XML/CSS/Javascript is a must
- Experience in Mysql/Oracle is a must
- Good Knowledge of scripting languages such as shell, perl,php etc.
- Good knowledge of operating system (Linux or any other Unix) internals
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, system level programming
including multi-threaded and socket-based programming
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
- Able to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure
- Solid English reading and writing skills.
