–3+ years of IT offshore experience, including systems design, and programming experience.
–Familiar with VB6.0, VB.Net, ASP, C/C++, PowerBuilder experience is plus.
–Familiar with Database System (Sybase, Oracle), SQL development experience is plus.
–Minimal 1 year hands-on experience on Japanese business environment.
–Good communication and interpersonal skills.
–Self-motivation and teamwork;
–Can reading and writing Japanese

Role & Responsibility:
1. Performs basic software activities related to the development of a software product or solution
2. Participates in design, implementation, and/or support of Japan projects.
3. Determines and examines software alternatives. Recommends and implements basic software solutions
4. Contributes to project planning in the team or local unit
5. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
