BA/SA（Business/System Analyst）
Job description:
1. Developing maintaining of Business Application in retail operation
2. interact with system user to know their requirements
3. interact with program designer of software engineer
4. interact & guide the coders and developers to keep track of system development
5. perform system testing with sample or live data with the help of tester
Requirement:
1. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years in business analysis, system development and support
3. hands on experience in retail and communicate with development team and translate business requirement into detail user requirement specification
4. experience in oracle development tools
5. experience in retail industry would be a definite advantage
6. strong presentation, analytical, problem solving, coaching, facilitation and people management skills
7. excellent communicate skill
BA Team Manager:
Job description:
1. provide end-to-end project managements of existing projects and on the development of new projects
2. assume overall end-to-end ownership of multiple projects throughout project life cycle including planning ,organizing and directing the activities of transportation planning studies and designs, reports, submissions, construction review
3. manage assigned project staff, including allocation of staff resources, delegating, scheduling and prioritizing of staff workloads and developing, mentoring and coaching others
4. review and evaluate technical work; select, schedules and coordinates to attain program objectives
5. drive project and hold project regular meeting with progress reporting
Requirement:
1. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
2. Minimum 8 years in IT application development & project management
3. hands on experience in lead and communicate with development team and translate business requirement into detail user requirement specification
4. proven experience managing individual software development project/release deliveries and knowledge of the full delivery lifecycle
5. demonstrated experience of managing large and complex metrics based teams
6. project management certification(Prince II, PMI or equivalent)
7. strong retail background & experience
8. demonstrated experience I delivering within a complex existing application and infrastructure environment
9. good at read, write & spoken English
Application Manager
Job description:
1. responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and security of all in-house business application system
2. responsible for proposal and contract preparation, cost/benefit analysis, system analysis and design programming and implementation activities for new application initiatives
3. develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling. Identification of risks, contingency plan and allocation of available resources
4. formulate and define technical scope and objectives of business applications
5. establish standards and procedures for reporting and documentation as it relates to business applications
6. keep informed on recent developments in the use of IT
7. ensure all application related activities comply with the global compliance
8. assist in the deployment, management and support of enterprise business applications, as required
Requirement:
1. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
2. Minimum 6 years in IT application development & project management
3. strong verbal and written communication skills
4. excellent team development and interpersonal skills
5. experience on retail and application development
6. hands-on experience on in-house application development & implementation & experience on following programming tools and OS: oracle developing suite, .net, Java programming and Linux
