Sales Specialist

Main Responsibilities;
-Project Management of approved projects.
-Act as the single point of contact for nominated interaction between IBM and the Client and/or other vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers)
-Act as Primary Contact for the project and perform the required Management activities in compliance with agreed standards and processes.  These activities include estimating, tracking of financial status, and IBM and Client reporting of the project
-Agree on requirements, deliverables, target dates, cost and 3rd party dependencies
-Change Management of Client requirements/scope for the project
-Manage impact of changes to the project and Priorities on the delivery organization
-Reporting & Tracking of project progress
-Facilitation and coordination of timely delivery of all project components, work products and deliverables
-Work with Delivery Teams to obtain any release schedule data required to assist in the scheduling and management of the project
-Escalation of project related RAID (Risk Action Issue Dependency) items where appropriate to IBM Management, Client, delivery hierarchy and 3rd parties

Requirements:
-Graduate from an institution of repute
-Preferred Degree/Diplomas would include Information Technology; Engineering or Science
-PMI Certified
-6+ years experience
-Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
-Demonstrated project management skills in a complex environment
-Excellent inter personal skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

DB2 DBA System Programmer

Role & Responsibility:

- To provide system support in DB2/DBA area under IBM mainframe environment. Knowledge in DB2, z/OS, DFP and DFDSS would be advantage.

- To provide DB2 administration function including database design, load/unload, REORG, RUNSTATS and other DB2 utilities.

- To cooperate with the Development Analyst to define backup, recovery and security procedures.

- Be responsible for monitoring and controlling the DB2 environment.  Resources planning and tuning at both subsystem and database level.

- Be responsible for backup, recovery and maintenance of the DB2 subsystem and application databases.  Maintain data integrity and security.

Strong service focus and commitment and ability to work closely with other teams/customers

Requirement:
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English language
- At least 5 years experience in mainframe environment, preferable in large organization.
- Knowledge in DB2 and related utilities are required.
- Lotus Notes operation skills (end-user level)
- Basic operation skills in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP
- Experience in z/OS, DFP and DFDSS products are preferred.
- Good team player
