1. Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineer
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibility:
• Provides expert support for transport product(AXC,FTM...) tickets reported by our customers through the Electra(or Resolve) by solving cases.
• Responsible for fault investigation and resolution of faults from customer transport product in coordination with the SBU and R&D.
• Prioritize customer requests. Take ownership for customer communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.
TASKS
• Support with expert product knowledge our customers and account teams world wide. Fill in the communication interface between customers and product line concerning all product related issues.
• Travel if needed to customers in order to find solutions, provide information and perform investigations on site. If needed offer support in emergency cases.
• Fulfil customer OLA (Operational Level Agreements) and actively contribute to prevent penalties
• Observe the end to end technical support flow and trigger corrective actions
• Gather actively feedback from customers and account teams and deliver customer complaints as well as improvement proposals to product line
• Train and coach network operation centre personnel
• Build up and keep technical product knowledge on expert level

REQUIREMENTS:
• Some work experience in R&D
• Some years of experience in project work
• Excellent technical and application knowledge of 3G transport products(e.g AXC,FTM...)
• Self assured communication and representation towards customers

Hardware Related Software Engineer(urgent!)
Job Description:
- Main responsibility is embeded SW development that covers BSP module, HMS node SW, bootloader,
operating system, HW device-dirver, and HW-test SW(diagnose SW, testing tool, debugging tool).
- Test SW part during HW plug-in unit test phase
- Support HW development and debugging.
- Support DSP service
- Communication and co-operation work between Hangzhou and other sites.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years work experience in one or more area: HW BSP development, boot SW, device driver development, embeded OS development, HW-test SW or debugging tool development.
- Strong C programming skill
- Be familiar with embeded OS. Chorus OS experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of MPC8650 Power QUICC III architecture is a plus.
- Be familiar with SW development environment: Unix/Linux is a plus
- Good communication, team work, target driven.

3. SW Engineer/Specialist(urgent!)

Job Description:
Responsible for SW specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance in certain technical domain of one of NSN product creation project in NSN WCDMA platform, RNC, WiMAX as following:
RNC Software: Develop the RNC O&M ( Operation & Maintenance ) Software.
3G Platform: Develop the transport software( ATM, IP) and Embedded OS and drivers.
WiMax ASNGW: Develop the applications in ASNGW base on the Linux.
MGW: Develop the DB conversion Software and TA tools.

Requirement:
-M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
-Experience in embedded software, Esp. in telecommunication equipment , such as WCDMA is prefered.
-Strong C programming skill
-Strong team player, self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking.

4. LTE DSP SW Engineer/Specialist(urgent!)
LTE DSP SW Engineer/Specialist(urgent!)
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for LTE DSP SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
-Develop the LTE eNB(BTS) DSP SW base on the TI 64+ DSP, including the Channel Codec, UL receiver and L2 scheduler
-Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface
-Follow NSN BTS SW develop process. Deliver the LTE DSP SW predictably with high quality

Requirements:
-M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
-Basic knowledge on 3GPP standard, algorithms design and implementation.
-A good understanding of Digital Signal Processors and Digital Signal Processing.
-Experience in embedded software, Esp. in telecommunication equipment.
-Strong C programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
-2+ Years of working experience in DSP or Communication fields are preferred
-Knowledge on LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMax/WCDMA L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, OFDM, MIMO, Channel encoding/decoding, etc.) is a plus.

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for DSP SW functional testing and software integration testing.
Support test tools and automation development
Some communication and technology transfer of DSP SW testing between Finland and China.

Requirements:
-M.Sc.or B.Sc.education in software or computer science.
-The ability to gather information needed for test case planning and testing.
-Knowledge of software development process and embedded systems is an advantage.
-Good written and spoken English.
-Prior WCDMA Network knowledge is preferred

System Testing Engineer/Specialist(Urgent!)
System Testing Engineer/Specialist(Urgent!)
Job Description:
Responsible for SW testing planning, execution and reporting in certain technical domain integration and verification for RNC, BTS, BSC, MSS, WiMAX applications and platforms.
Responsible for building up test environment, test tool maintenance and testing automation development.
Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability.
Hands-on support to junior testing engineer.
Acting as a leader in large test cases.

Requirement:
3+ years testing engineer experience in telecom R&D industry is an advantage for Specialist.
Good knowledge in GSM/WCDMA/WiMAX network system.
Familiar with I&V process and practice. Good troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking.

SCM Engineer
SCM(Software Configuration Management) engineer is repsonsible for software packaging, building and deployment. The detail tasks are SCM daily operations within assigned projects, including compiling software with standard software build tools and packaging builds for release.
SCM engineer works closely with sw development team and project management team on planing/scheduling software build plan and deploy plan. Also make and maintain relevant documentation.

Requirement:
M.Sc.or B.Sc.degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experienced in SW version control tools like cvs, svn, clearcase is a plus.
Good sense of responsibility.

NSN Radio Access is looking for persons with a keen interest in technical writing as a long-term career. You will join a newly established Customer Documentation team in Hangzhou , in a team responsible for projects related to Radio Access Multiradio products. Customer Documentation projects deliver Hardware and Software descriptions for the use of mobile operator personnel. You will closely interact with R&D departments and work directly with UTRAN Network Elements in laboratory (e. g. NodeB, RNC) to obtain necessary information when creating customer-oriented documents. Your work is an integral parts of R&D release programs.

Responsibility:
- Leading the virtual Test team inside the IL1;
- Overall responsible for IL1 testing from the technical viewpoint;
- Define and monitor IL1 testing coverage and be responsible for the result;
- Together with APO to ensure the testability of the IL1 software in new OS;
- Togethe with global testing project manager to taking part in release level test planning, e.g. Master Test Plan
- Maintaining continuous fault and outage analysis;
- Contributing to I&V related process development;

Requirements:
- Relevant experience on RNC or IPA platform testing over than 2 years;
- Leading competence in telecom testing;
