admintools 用法
Run Symm Remote and connect to the storage processor (SP) that is the default owner of the LUN with cache dirty condition.
2. Open a DOS Window, run admintool.exe at the C:\ prompt to display the following menu:

2: Recovery
3. Enter 2 to display the Recovery Menu:

1: Clear TransactLog
2: Fix up Transaction
3: Test Layered Driver
4: Scrub lu
5: SP Control

7: Clear Cache Dirty LU 8. Make Flare LUN Public

4. Enter 7 for Clear CacheDirty LU and the following prompt displays:
Selection[0]: 7
The Cache Dirty flag on the indicated LUN is cleared, and the LUN is assigned to the current SP. In a dual SP environment, this parameter will only be accepted on the SP that is the default owner of the LUN. The LUN will then be available, but will contain inconsistent data. Some data blocks that have been acknowledged to the host have having been written will in face be unmodified. It is the customer's responsibility to perform whatever data recovery or repair operations are needed by the customer's application.
Enter passcode:
5. Enter "0x7476" for the passcode. A message like the following is displayed:
The following LUNs are marked as unassigned. This CAN be an indication that they are in a Cache Dirty state.

Enter LU number to clear, or 'x' to quit:
6. Enter the LU number of first LUN (0) with the cache dirty condition. Messages like the following are then displayed:
Clear Cache Dirty bits on 0? <Yy/Nn> [n]
Enter Y for yes to Clear, you will see;
Clear Cache Dirty SUCCEDED for lu 0
The following LUNs are marked as unassigned.
This can indicate that they are in a Cache Dirty state.

Enter LU number to clear, or 'x' to quit:
NOTE: LUN 0 was successfully cleared but it still displays as unassigned. This will be updated by the time that you clear the next LUN or if you exit Admintool and re-run it.
7. Enter the LU number of the any additional LUNs to clear their cache dirty condition.
8. After messages similar to those in Step 6 display, enter 'X' to exit Admintool. The LUNs should move to their default SP. |
