forward+二级 dns server 配置问题

我有两台dns,b机负责x.com.cn域的解析，其他的全部转发到a机.
配置如下:

域名已经能够解析。

但是有个问题，就是当a机增加了主机项的时候，b机不能马上解析。
有没有什么选项？
