Try this:
Once you are at the OK prompt set auto-boot to false then type reset-all
This will reset the server and it will stop at the OK prompt.
Then from here try to boot from cd.

LZ的机器是装完系统出现这个问题的么？

楼主没说清楚在什么情况下出现的该问题，如果在obp下做了很多操作，然后执行probe-scsi-all这类操作有可能出现该现象，reset-all即可。

I came across this issue once before, but that is due to the wrong configuration on /etc/name_to_sysnum.

The eTrust Access Control put 256 into that file, whereas the maximum available number is 255, hence caused the problem.

Once I removed 256 from /etc/name_to_sysnum, all went well.
