Job Responsibilities
• Manage the cultivation, execution and delivery of software solutions and services to an assigned region including banks, investment firms and large corporations.
• Manage the development and pursuit of a pipeline within the prescribed accounts in order to expand SunGard penetration, and provide solutions based sales and service offerings to customers.
• Management of the ongoing initiative of identifying business, industry and customer buying intelligence.
• Manage the communication and internal coordination of SunGard sales support infrastructure, Operations, and executive team to insure customer education and satisfaction.
• Responsible for the successful seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic partners
• Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations and proposals.
Qualifications Requirements
• 10+ years of software solutions sales experience within the global investment community and/or equivalent investment industry is required.
• Must be bilingual (Chinese & English).
• Prior working experience with a western financial or services institution in China or abroad is a plus.
• Knowledge of investment industry terminology, systems and market segmentation. Specific experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
o Wealth Management
o Employee Benefit Administration
o Order Routing/Trading Networks
o Money Markets / Liquidity Management
• Highly preferred individual characteristics include:
o Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness.
o Must be able to coordinate sales effort and interact with local Chinese SunGard office and SunGard offices in Europe and the US.
o Self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
o Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills in both Chinese and English, ability to interface with business and information technology.
o Must have strong problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
o Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills
o Must have exemplary customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
• UK FSA Approval (SII Unit 4 and 6 required) is a requirement. Candidates must have prior UK FSA Approval or will be required to gain approval. (We’re checking with our compliance team to determine if this is necessary for China)
• Willingness to travel is required.
1、z/OS系统人员1人
职责:参与制定并执行主机系统的技术规范和安全标准,制定主机系统项目的方案和计划;负责主机系统的日常管理,监控日常运行情况,及时诊断解决系统发生的问题。
要求:5年以上工作经验,掌握z/OS系统知识,掌握主机系统的基本结构,精通z/OS及有关子系统的配置和操作,能够监控统计的主机的即时和长期的运行情况,并提出合理的资源使用建议,熟练运用JCL及主机系统的其他工具,熟悉VTAM、TCP/IP、NETVIEW、SA、OmegaMon等。
2、安全管理员1人
职责: 规划维护安全策略,执行RACF日常操作、安全监控、统计报告、文档维护。SLA数据统计。
要求:具备计算机系统安全和审计知识,熟练掌握RACF,熟悉JCL和CLIST、EXEC,具有3年以上z/OS系统上的工作经验。
3、CICS管理员1人
职责:维护CICS的配置,监控CICS的运行,审阅CICS统计报表,及时提出CICS维护建议,及时诊断解决CICS发生的问题,及对CICS进行性能优化。
要求:3年以上CICS工作经验,具备CICS、VSAM、VTAM、TCP/IP知识,能够熟练运用JCL,有相关培训证书、熟悉VISONPLUS、OmegaMon者优先。
4、存储管理员1人
职责:参与规划、管理主机环境的磁盘、磁带的有效可靠使用,负责存储设备的日常监控、维护、操作,负责CATALOG的管理。
要求:3年以上主机相关工作经验,精通DFSMS、RMM,熟悉VSAM、IDCAMS,熟悉DS8300、HDS设备,具备z/OS系统知识,熟练使用JCL及有关系统工具,掌握PPRC及其他的数据复制技术,有灾备系统建设经验者优先。
作业排程员3人
职责:负责批处理作业的排程计划维护及日常操作,负责程序的版本管理
要求:计算机相关专业本科以上毕业,有z/OS系统知识,有金融行业工作经验,有TWS和Endevor使用经验者优先。
