Job Description
This position is responsible for running and building tests that ensure the quality of his/her assigned products within the scope of his/her training and expertise.

This position's key responsibilities are:
•        Develop test plans.
•        Set-up testing environments.
•        Perform test cases and maintain associated test records.
•        Develop and utilize automated test scripts to perform duties
•        Record issues into a defect-tracking system.
•        Follow-up and close issues entered into the defect-tracking system.
•        Escalate issues to a higher level where issue resolution is not achieved within a reasonable amount of time.
•        Provide information to technical documentation (i.e. Product Release Notes/Readme files).
•        Review product documentation (manuals/Getting Started Guides) for technical accuracy.
•        Work with development team to understand assigned modules/new product features for the purpose of developing test cases.
Job Requirement
•        BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
•        Typically 3 to 5 years in a related role. QA testing experience is preferred.
•        Rich database (Oracle, MS SQL) administration experience.
•        Has experience in Operating System (Windows and Linux/UNIX)
•        Has experienced automation testing development a plus.
•        Has experience in Exchange / Domino Server is a plus.
•        Ability to follow and report exactly as described in test cases/procedures.
•        Ability to determine sufficiency of test cases/procedures to ensure high product quality.
•        Ability to write test cases/procedures to an approved specification.
•        Excellent trouble shooting skills.
•        Computer operating system, appropriate subsystems and test tool knowledge.
•        Demonstrates an understanding of coding languages, such as C#
•        Has an understanding of multiple hardware and OS platforms.
•        CET 6, good English writing and communication skills.

Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating and/or maintaining software applications for a product or family of products. Provides moderately complex modification, testing and debugging tasks.  Provides analysis related to software design and development and solves problems. Evaluates impact of software performance, and recommends changes to software designers. This position works with minimal supervision and utilizes knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

Preferred Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Work Experience
Typically 2 to 5 years in software development

Globalization QA Engineer
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating, maintaining and executing tests to validate that translated, and/or English, products behave correctly on the target locale.  This position is also responsible for ensuring that the product quality meets corporate and industry standards, for single or multiple product areas.
Key Responsibilities
        Full cooperation with project members both inside and outside the group.
        Focus on continued improvement in quality, productivity and efficiency within the scope of the department as well as the company.
        Assist in definition of testing plans, policies, criterion and flow, provide I18N/L10N knowledge support to both internal and external group members.
        Develop, maintain, and execute L10N/I18N test plans and test cases for local customizations.
        Evaluate the quality of problems for product, verify fixes and propose a fix to address the problems. Additionally, write test plans to address the problems for future release for local OS/database/3rd party software.
        Summarize and maintain QA testing documentation for QA processes and problems tracking.
        Submit regular reports as instructed for each project.
        Create and maintain the linguistic test data for the given language.
        Analyze text and generate the expected linguist analysis based on the specification - GUI Analysis from linguistic perspective as well as, display, layout, etc.
        Evaluate linguistic coverage (GUI strings, help and document review), report accuracy, identify linguistic bugs, trace regression of the products and technology, test tool development, debug through product localization code and coordinate with other test teams.
        Work closely with the relevant country field staff to educate, inform and disseminate relevant product knowledge; and solicit information on overall localized product quality and applicable product information.
        Understand and stay up to date with corporate standards, SDM, and P360.
        May work on i18n projects for languages that may not be within the language skill set.
        Assist in training colleagues and new team members of the i18n/l10n process and technical product matters as necessary.

Engineering Project Manager               

Job Overview
This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring ARCserve or XOsoft development projects from initiation through delivery. Serves as liaison between project related departments in different sites (Product Management, Development, QA, Globalization and ,Technical Publication, Product Marketing, GEO Marketing, Sales, Operations, Central PMO, Finance, Production, Product Analyst, SWAT, and Corporate Beta) in order to ensure that project is completed within its defined scope and meets quality, time and cost constraints.
