SAN support
3年以上SAN产品support的经验，英文口语好
Position:
SAN Administrator (Level 3)
Specific Skill Sets Requirements (i.e., Years Experience, Languages, Programs, Versions, etc.):
3+ years of experience in a production SAN support role, including
n Experience with Disk Arrays / Storage Systems (HDS, EMC, HP, or 3Par)
n Experience with Host Multi-Pathing Solutions (Secure Path, Power Path, or Veritas SFW)
n Experience with SAN Fabrics (Brocade)
n Experience with Windows/MSCS
n Proficient with MS Office tools
n Capable of providing 7x24 on-call SAN support and troubleshooting
n Willing to occasionally, and temporarily, work alternate shifts in support of Mary Kay’s international locations and mission critical SAN environments.
Specific Skill Sets Desired But Not Necessarily Required:
n Experience with HP Storage Essentials and Systems Insight Manager Products
n Experience with EMC Performance Analyzer, HDS Device and Tuning Manager Products
n Experience with 3Par System Reporter
n Advanced knowledge of windows clustering/high availability solutions
n Windows, EMC, Veritas SFW, scripting
n Windows DFS solution implementations
n Understanding of VMWare ESX, Linux, and UNIX Server Technologies
n Detailed understanding of Microsoft DFS in global installations
n Familiarity with Disaster Recovery and Data Migration Technologies
What Exactly Will This Individual Be Working On?
n Windows MSCS clustering installation and configurations
n Brocade SAN Fabric Management and Cabling of SAN attached systems
n Host Multi-Pathing installation and configuration management
n Provisioning of a variety of SAN disk array hardware including EMC, HP, HDS, and 3PAR
n Regularly staying up to date with SAN related patches, hot-fixes, upgrades, and maintenance operations
n Windows clustering troubleshooting and performance analysis
n SAN array and fabric systems troubleshooting and performance analysis
n Assisting with File Service support in Mary Kay’s DFS environments
n Will be responsible for assisting with the documentation and updating of processes and procedures
n Will require a strong communication and documentation skill set
