招聘职位： Linux/ VM Ware工程师

Introduction/Backgroud
TTED stands for Tivoli Technical Enablement Development team which is a training development organization under Tivoli Education responsible for course development of technical training for internal IBMers, customers, and business partners. TTE is around 80 strong and has team members all of the world including all time zones of the United States, the Netherlands, Brazil, the UK, and now China.

ITM (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) project is a sub-project of the TTED Beijing, this project utilize the ITM software to monitor the IBM internal machines, systems, databases and so on for a better control of the resources.

Responsibilities1.       
1.             Deploy IBM Tivoli Monitoring Client to the target machines/systems.
2.        Define/configure the IBM Tivoli Monitoring software based on the requirement.
3.        Generate the monitoring results.
4.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for OS -  Unix, Windows, Linux, OS400;
5.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Databases — DB2/Infformix/Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server ;
6.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Web Infrastructure — WebSphere, WebLogic, Web Services;
7.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Business Integration — MQ;
8.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Messaging & Collaboration — Domino/Exchange
9.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Application — SAP, Siebel
10.        IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Transaction Performance

Qualifications
1.        Software Engineer BS in Computer Science or related discipline
2.        Be able to learn new knowledge quickly
3.        Good written and verbal English communication skills
4.        CET 6 is a must
5.        1-2 years working experience in s/w development or testing (do NOT require those who have more than 2 years working experience)
6.        1-2 years experience with VMware
7.        1-2 years experience with UNIX or Linux
8.        Knowledge of Database, 1-2 years experience with SQL
