Description:
          
In this position, you will be joining the Digital Home Group (DHG) in China. DHG PRC is responsible for delivering the core software used for the Networked Media Products based on Intel SoC (System on Chip) such as digital/cable set-top boxes, connected Audio/video devices, DTV, etc. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
·        Planning and driving software development program for various market segments, sustaining or support effort produced by internal and external cross-geo engineering and support teams
·        Working with marketing and support organization to comprehending market or customer requirements into planned deliverables
·        Working with various teams to define and communicate program plan and schedule
·        Coordinating with relevant internal and external developments efforts to ensure inter-program alignments
·        Working with teams to ensure meeting overall program goals and objectives           
          
Qualifications          
You should possess a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications with at least four years of strong program management experiences in relevant area, intimate knowledge of software program life cycle (PLC) process and have proven track record of success. Additional qualifications include:
·        Excellent communication and influence skills
·        Sound domain knowledge of consumer electronics market
·        A self starter and require minimal supervision
·        Ability to deal with non-structural and/or ambiguous situations and can formulate strategies to work issues
·        Fluency in English and Mandarin
Position is based in Shanghai.
