Qualifications

·
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree based on a technical/scientific discipline

·
6 years of work experience.

·
Strong customer service and communication skills

·
Analytical problem-solving skills, consulting skill

·
Knowledge management skills: creation and re-use of intellectual capital

·
Flexibility and willingness to participate in non-standard working models (e.g. on-call availability, etc.)

·
Team player and teamwork: ability and willingness to motivate and support other engineers

Technical Profile:

·
SUN Solaris experience is a must, Sun Certified Solaris Administrator is preferred.

·
Extensive experience with the system and network administration of Windows and UNIX is must, be familiar with UNIX hardware platform and high end Storage products;

·
Industry application and experience is good

·
Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking technology.

·
Technical skills in Database (Oracle etc) is preferred

·
Oral fluency and written skills in English

·
More than 5 years of relevant experience in IT industry and customer service;

·
MCSE; OCP; UNIX certification and ITIL certification is plus.
