Position：Senior Database Kernel Developer

Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for development and maintenance of database management system.
2. Write technical documents that accurately describe feature/designs.
3. The candidate is expected to communicate the impact of problems/solutions to his/her manager, design solutions, write code, run unit tests and perform general system integration testing.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
1. 4+ years of software development experience in C++ is a must
2. 4+ years of hands-on software development experience  
3. Experience in delivering commercial software product preferred
4. Experience in developing SQL database related software (Kernel developing is preferred).
5. Familiar with SQL standard is a plus.
6. Familiar with Linux and/or Windows
7. BS in Computer Science or equivalent required
8. Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
9. Ability to grasp new technologies quickly, and willingness to try new ideas and think outside of the box
10. Good written and oral communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
